Joshua Becker is a leading intellectual property lawyer and trusted business advisor with decades of experience guiding clients through franchising, licensing, and IP strategy. Joshua earned his J.D. in 1998 from Arizona State University and holds a B.S. from the University of Arizona. Since his admission to the State Bar of Arizona, he has practiced across corporate, franchising & distribution, and intellectual property law, combining legal knowledge with business insight to help clients protect innovation and scale successfully.

Acting as outside counsel for numerous businesses, Joshua advises on entity formation, M&A, development agreements, and intellectual property portfolio protection.
