Dawn M. Coulson

Dawn M. Coulson is the managing partner of Epps & Coulson, LLP, and has been practicing law for over three decades. She brings extensive experience to a wide range of legal areas, including bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, business transactions, employment law, commercial and corporate litigation, healthcare, and real estate. Her practice spans state and federal courts, regulatory agencies, and arbitration forums. Ms. Coulson is a seasoned trial attorney with a strong reputation for handling complex disputes across multiple sectors.

Ms. Coulson holds a B.A. in Japanese – Asian Cultures and Languages and a B.B.A. in Business Management from the University of Texas at Austin (1982). She earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 1990.

Licensed to practice law in Colorado (1990), California (1991), New York (2013), Texas (2014), and Oregon (2020), Ms. Coulson is also admitted before multiple U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.
