Joseph W. Price II

Joseph W. Price II is a Managing Member in Little Rock who focuses his practice on civil litigation, business and complex commercial litigation, and real estate matters. He represents clients in cases involving breach of contract, negligence, fraud, defamation, products liability, eminent domain, the Freedom of Information Act, the Administrative Procedures Act, and OSHA compliance. His work helps clients address disputes that require careful preparation, practical judgment, and strong courtroom advocacy.

Mr. Price earned his J.D., with high honors, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 2007. He served as an Associate Editor of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review. He also earned a B.S. in History, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee at Martin in December 2003. His academic background supports his work in legal analysis, advocacy, and complex dispute resolution.

Mr. Price has extensive trial and appellate experience. He secured a defense verdict in a multimillion-dollar partnership dispute involving breach of contract, fiduciary duty, fraud, and conversion claims. He has also served as lead counsel in plaintiff-side cases resulting in more than $2 million in total judgments. His experience includes mineral rights litigation, eminent domain matters, FOIA and Administrative Procedures Act claims, and federal investigations involving financial misconduct.
