He secured a defense verdict in a multimillion-dollar partnership dispute involving breach of contract, fiduciary duty, fraud, and conversion claims. He has also served as lead counsel in plaintiff-side cases resulting in more than $2 million in total judgments. His experience includes mineral rights litigation, eminent domain matters, FOIA and Administrative Procedures Act claims, and federal investigations involving financial misconduct.
