Jordan Taylor

Jordan Taylor is a seasoned trial attorney concentrating on personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. He is recognized for his comprehensive case preparation, strategic advocacy, and client-focused approach, which ensures that each case is fully understood. His goal is to achieve fair resolutions through negotiation or, when necessary, assertive trial representation grounded in skill and preparation.

Taylor earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law, where he contributed to the Idaho Law Review and The Crit Journal. He advanced his trial capabilities through the Trial Lawyers College, completing the Three-Week Trial Skills College and the Defense of the Damned programs. His academic background also includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University.

Since joining Henderson Taylor Law Firm in 2013, Taylor has focused on complex personal injury matters that require in-depth investigation and a well-crafted litigation strategy. His previous work experience includes serving as an associate at the Scott Horenstein Law Firm, representing clients as an Idaho State Appellate Public Defender, clerking for Idaho’s Fifth Judicial District, and completing an externship with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Taylor has received several distinctions recognizing his dedication to service and access to justice, including pro bono awards from the Idaho State Bar, the University of Idaho College of Law, and the Clark County Bar Association.
