Paul earned his Juris Doctor from the Northwestern School of Law in 1978, following his completion of a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Washington. His legal education sparked a passion for trial work, leading him to pursue continuous development through advanced programs, including Gerry Spence’s renowned Trial Lawyers College. There, he trained alongside some of the nation’s most respected litigators, refining the skills that have defined his long-standing courtroom success.

As founder and partner of the Henderson Taylor Law Firm since 2001, Paul has built a distinguished practice centered on trial excellence. His decades of experience encompass a wide range of civil litigation, where he has successfully represented clients who might otherwise be overlooked by major corporations, government entities, and insurance companies. His reputation is founded on thorough preparation, persuasive advocacy, and a profound understanding of the human stories behind every case.

Before entering the legal profession, Paul served in the United States Army, including combat service in Vietnam with the 101st Airborne Division. He later continued his military career in the Army Reserve, ultimately retiring with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. This experience shaped his discipline, resolve, and dedication to service—values that continue to inform his legal work.

In addition to his professional practice, Paul L. Henderson is committed to supporting fellow veterans.
