Christopher W.D. Jones

Christopher W.D. Jones is a partner and Co-Leader of the national Corporate group, bringing extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and securities law. He provides strategic legal counsel to public and private corporations of all sizes, guiding them through complex financial, regulatory, and transactional matters with precision and insight.

Christopher earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Vanderbilt University in 2000, attended the University of Cambridge Summer Program in Law in 2002, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2004. His academic background has been key to developing his deep understanding of both domestic and international business law.

Throughout his career, Christopher has represented clients in the healthcare, financial services, and technology industries. His practice includes advising banks, private equity funds, and corporate clients on acquisitions, capital raising, and securities compliance. Acting as outside general counsel, he manages comprehensive legal needs for companies, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and promoting sustainable growth strategies.
