About

Jordan Santo is an associate attorney at Koller Law, LLC, where he represents clients throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey in a broad range of labor and employment law matters, including workplace harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination. With a deep foundation in trial advocacy and military legal service, Jordan brings disciplined, results-driven representation to his clients.

Jordan began his legal career as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) Attorney in the U.S. Army, where he served as both a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney, trying dozens of complex cases to verdict. He earned the distinction of Senior Trial Attorney, a title reserved for those with extensive courtroom experience and the ability to manage high-profile and high-stakes cases. He also handled matters before Army Employment Administrative Boards, addressing soldier misconduct and adverse employment actions.

Now in private practice, Jordan leverages his military trial experience to advocate for employees facing serious workplace challenges. He is recognized for his strategic litigation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to justice, providing robust representation in a wide range of employment disputes.

Jordan currently serves as a Major in the United States Army Reserves, holding the position of Assistant Command Judge Advocate for the 78th Training Division at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in New Jersey.

Jordan earned his J.D., cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2015, where he also received a Certificate in Trial Advocacy and Litigation and served as Executive Editor of the Political and Civil Rights Law Review. He holds a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College (2012).

Jordan Santo is admitted to practice in multiple jurisdictions, including several federal district courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. His dual experience in civilian and military law continues to shape his powerful advocacy on behalf of workers throughout the region.
