Donald D. Gamburg

Donald D. Gamburg served as managing shareholder of Ogletree Deakins’ Philadelphia office from 2017 to 2023. He represents employers in a wide range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, and technology. His employment litigation experience spans trade secrets, restrictive covenants, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour claims, whistleblower matters, FMLA, ERISA disputes, wrongful termination, and breach of contract cases.

Donald earned his J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1995 and his B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin in 1992. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and multiple U.S. District Courts, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third and Sixth Circuits, enabling him to manage litigation across various jurisdictions.
