Jonathan Roeder

Jonathan Roeder is a dedicated Arizona native who has built his career on serving others and positively impacting his community. He began his academic journey at Pepperdine University, earning a degree in Political Science and developing a passion for helping those in need.

His early experiences in clinical positions working with juveniles struggling with substance abuse and managing residential homes for the disabled further fueled his desire to make a difference.

Looking to advance his legal career, Jonathan earned his law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, gaining hands-on experience as a legal clerk in both civil litigation and criminal defense.

Upon completing his law degree, Jonathan returned to his home state of Arizona and embraced his passion for teaching, serving as a faculty member at Grand Canyon University. Though fulfilling, his teaching career gave way to his true calling: practicing law.

Driven by his commitment to justice and his love for helping others, Jonathan co-founded The Valley Law Group, a firm dedicated to family law. With his leadership, the firm has become one of the region’s most respected family law practices.

Jonathan’s areas of practice include divorce, child custody, property division, domestic violence cases, and adoption, among others. His legal acumen and dedication to clients have earned him memberships in professional associations such as the State Bar of Arizona and the American Bar Association.
