John H. Shaffery

John H. Shaffery is an experienced civil litigation attorney with more than three decades of trial and litigation experience. His practice focuses on civil litigation matters, including trucking and transportation claims, product liability disputes, premises liability cases, employment litigation, and catastrophic loss claims. He has successfully represented clients in complex cases involving motor vehicles, manufacturing equipment, aviation machinery, medical devices, and commercial disputes.
