Justin R. Herrmann

Justin R. Herrmann is a Nebraska attorney whose practice focuses on estate planning, probate, business law, real estate matters, employment law, and civil litigation. His educational background in both law and business allows him to understand complex legal and financial issues while providing thoughtful and strategic counsel to individuals and businesses facing important legal decisions.

Justin’s estate planning and probate practice includes assisting clients with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and inheritance tax planning. He also helps families manage probate and trust administration matters. In addition, he advises business clients on entity formation, succession planning, contract drafting, asset sales, acquisitions, and corporate governance. His practice also includes real estate transactions and disputes involving residential, commercial, and agricultural property interests.
