Henrik Patel

Henrik Patel is an attorney who advises clients on executive compensation and employee benefits matters that arise in both daily business operations and major corporate transactions. He works with public and private companies, boards of directors, and executives on complex compensation and governance issues.

Henrik earned his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tufts University. His academic training supports his work advising clients on sophisticated compensation structures and regulatory compliance.

Henrik counsels organizations on the full spectrum of compensation and benefits matters, including executive compensation plan design, tax-efficient structuring, corporate governance practices, and employment agreements.
