John D. Goeppinger

John D. Goeppinger is a partner at Steinhagen, Crist, Wehrly & Kufus PLLP, whose primary practice is litigation involving guardianships, conservatorships, trusts, estate planning law, and probate matters. He joined the firm as an associate in 2023 and became a partner in 2026. He represents families, trustees, personal representatives, guardians, conservators, and professional fiduciaries in contested and uncontested proceedings. John earned a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. from Skidmore College. His legal education provided a foundation for work involving fiduciary responsibilities, probate proceedings, and complex disputes concerning estates, trusts, guardianships, and conservatorships.
