Deborah Dixon

Deborah Dixon is the managing partner and a founding partner of The Dixon Firm. Her practice focuses on class and mass actions involving defective products and fraud, as well as employee gender discrimination, employment law, and harassment matters. She litigates in state and federal courts and arbitration forums. She has served as lead class counsel in several class actions and as a member of plaintiffs’ leadership counsel in multidistrict litigation.

Deborah is an alumna of California Western School of Law. The school honored her as Alumni of the Year in 2017 and presented her with its Legacy Award in 2025. Her background reflects extensive experience in trial work, class action litigation, and legal leadership. These distinctions recognize her longstanding involvement in the profession and her contributions to the legal community.

Deborah served as General Counsel for the Los Angeles Chargers from April 2022 through August 2024 and currently serves as Special Counsel to the team. In that role, she handled compliance matters, contracts involving vendors, sponsors, suites, football activities, and business initiatives, while overseeing employee processes and outside counsel. Her broader litigation work includes class actions, mass actions, employee claims, arbitration, and complex matters in state and federal courts.

Deborah Dixon is a past president of Lawyers Club of San Diego, the San Diego County Bar Foundation, and the San Diego Inn of Court. She remains involved with bar and court organizations, including service on advisory and nonprofit boards. She has also served as a lawyer representative to the US District Court for the Southern District of California and participates in trial, evidence, consumer, and justice-focused legal organizations throughout her legal career in California.
