John C. Robinson

John Christopher Robinson is a Kentucky attorney whose practice focuses on personal injury, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, nursing home abuse, and consumer bankruptcy matters. John C. Robinson earned his B.S. in Economics from Transylvania University. He later received his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law. During law school, he clerked for the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office and a private law firm, gaining early exposure to litigation and public service. Early in his career, Robinson defended workers’ compensation and medical malpractice claims, gaining insight into insurance company strategies. Since 2001, he has filed hundreds of consumer bankruptcy cases and regularly represents clients against aggressive creditors. He also served as an assistant state’s prosecutor, achieving one of the highest DUI conviction rates in Kentucky.

John C. Robinson is licensed in Kentucky and Indiana and admitted to practice in federal courts in both states.
