John C. Robinson earned his B.S. in Economics from Transylvania University. He later received his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law. During law school, he clerked for the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office and a private law firm, gaining early exposure to litigation and public service. His academic training in economics and law supports his ability to analyze damages, financial records, and complex liability issues.
Early in his career, Robinson defended workers’ compensation and medical malpractice claims, gaining insight into insurance company strategies. He later represented individuals in circuit courts throughout Kentucky and expanded his work to include arbitration and federal litigation. Since 2001, he has filed hundreds of consumer bankruptcy cases and regularly represents clients against aggressive creditors. He also served as an assistant state’s prosecutor, achieving one of the highest DUI conviction rates in Kentucky.
John C. Robinson is licensed in Kentucky and Indiana and admitted to practice in federal courts in both states. He has resolved wrongful death claims and secured substantial settlements for injured clients.
