Joel H. Fredricks

Joel H. Fredricks is a partner at Nitsche & Fredricks LLC who focuses his legal practice on personal injury litigation. He represents individuals who have suffered injuries and helps them pursue fair compensation while guiding clients through the legal process with clear advice and strong advocacy.

Joel graduated from Newark High School and then continued his education at the University of Delaware, earning his undergraduate degree in 2006. He later received his law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2009, preparing him for a litigation-focused legal career.

Joel represents clients in a wide range of personal injury matters. His work includes cases involving motor vehicle collisions, workplace injuries, product liability, and medical negligence. Through his practice, he helps injured individuals pursue compensation and hold responsible parties accountable for their actions.

Joel is admitted to practice law in the State of Delaware and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to the United States District Court of Delaware. He was admitted in New Jersey in 2010, though that admission is currently not active.

Joel previously worked as a defense attorney representing insurance companies and their insured clients. This experience gave him insight into the strategies insurers use to reduce the value of injury claims, knowledge he now uses to better protect the interests of injured clients.

Joel is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Randy J. Holland Delaware Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court, reflecting his continued involvement in the legal community.
