Timothy Ramsey

Timothy Ramsey is a partner at Tremont Sheldon P.C. in Bridgeport, Connecticut. His practice focuses on civil litigation representing individuals harmed by negligence and abuse. He works closely with clients to understand their experiences and advocates for fair compensation through careful legal representation.

Timothy earned his Bachelor of Science from Suffolk University, graduating summa cum laude with dual majors in Political Science and Philosophy. He later received his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 2013, where he was recognized as a Bingham McCutcher/Mary Day Curtin and John J. Curtin, Jr. Public Interest Fellow.

Timothy represents clients in a wide range of personal injury matters. His work includes cases involving automobile collisions, medical malpractice, and claims arising from negligence, as well as litigation involving survivors of sexual abuse.

Timothy gained early legal experience through roles with public agencies during law school. He served as a student prosecutor at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in Boston and later worked as a legal intern with the Trial and Administrative Law Divisions of the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General.

Timothy joined Tremont Sheldon P.C. in 2013 and became a partner in 2021. His practice centers on advocating for individuals harmed and guiding clients through the legal process with clear communication and careful case preparation.

Timothy is active in the legal community and serves on the Board of Governors of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. He has also been involved with the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
