Jim M. Perdue Jr. is a nationally acclaimed trial lawyer with extensive experience in personal injury, pharmaceutical liability, and catastrophic civil litigation. Jim M. Perdue Jr. has earned a reputation for powerful courtroom advocacy, securing numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts on behalf of clients nationwide.

Jim attended the University of Texas, graduating summa cum laude, and later received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center. His academic excellence was recognized when his law school named him Outstanding Alumnus of the Year in 2006. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and Medical Professional Liability.

Jim began his legal career with a commitment to civil justice and has tried over 30 jury cases involving serious injuries, defective medical devices, and wrongful deaths. His notable verdicts include $40 million in a commercial trucking case and $27.6 million against Boston Scientific, one of the largest product liability outcomes of its year.

Jim’s leadership in the legal field is evident through his past presidency of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and membership in elite legal organizations such as the American Board of Trial Advocates and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. His scholarship includes over 160 CLE presentations and numerous publications on trial law.
