Jesse W. Belcher-Timme focuses his legal practice on complex civil litigation matters involving individuals, businesses, and public entities. Jesse earned his B.A. in Politics, French/Linguistics from New York University, where he also appeared on the Dean’s List (2001). He later completed his J.D. at New England Law | Boston, graduating Cum Laude. His legal studies included recognition through the CALI Award for Excellence (Fall 2002 – Environmental Law), Dean’s List (2001–2004), and the NESL Merit Scholarship (2001–2004).
Jesse began developing courtroom insight early in his career by serving two years as a judicial law clerk in the Probate and Family Court in Western Massachusetts. That role strengthened his understanding of judicial decision-making, procedural precision, and effective legal writing, skills that continue to guide his litigation strategy today.
Jesse handles a broad range of civil litigation matters, including business litigation, corporate disputes, personal injury claims, premises liability cases, and municipal law issues.
