Jeremy D. Pasternak

Jeremy D. Pasternak is a respected employment and civil rights attorney based in San Francisco. In 2005, he founded the Law Offices of Jeremy Pasternak, a dedicated employment law firm focused on protecting employee rights and aggressively representing workers in cases of workplace injustice, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination.

One of Jeremy’s notable cases includes Carlson v. eHarmony.com, where he served as class counsel in a case challenging the platform’s exclusion of gay and lesbian users. His work, in that case, led to recognition as a finalist for Consumer Attorney of the Year by the Consumer Attorneys of California.
