Jeremy D. Pasternak

Jeremy D. Pasternak is a respected employment and civil rights attorney based in San Francisco. From 2001 to 2004, Jeremy served as the senior employment-law associate at the Dolan Law Firm and later as Of Counsel with Cooper & Mora. In 2005, he founded the Law Offices of Jeremy Pasternak, where he continues to fight for clients facing workplace injustice, discrimination, and wrongful termination.

One of Jeremy’s notable cases includes Carlson v. eHarmony.com, where he served as class counsel in a case challenging the platform’s exclusion of gay and lesbian users. His work, in that case, led to recognition as a finalist for Consumer Attorney of the Year by the Consumer Attorneys of California.
