Jennifer Haltom Doan

Jennifer Haltom Doan is a founding partner of a boutique trial and appellate practice serving clients across Texas and Arkansas. With more than thirty years of experience, she represents Fortune 100 companies and individuals in complex, high-stakes litigation involving business disputes, personal injury claims, and bet-the-company cases.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Abilene Christian University, graduating summa cum laude. She later received her Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law, where she wrote for the American Journal of Criminal Law and participated in an international academic program.

Jennifer focuses her practice on complex litigation, including product liability, intellectual property, antitrust, class actions, and personal injury matters. She has served as lead trial counsel in federal and state courts, handling multi-district litigation, patent infringement disputes, civil rights matters, and large commercial cases for corporate and individual clients.

Jennifer is double board-certified in Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
