Jennifer Gaffney

Jennifer Gaffney is a dedicated estate planning attorney who focuses her legal practice on helping clients prepare for the future with confidence. She advises individuals and families in areas such as estate planning, estate and trust administration, and estate tax planning. Her work centers on guiding clients through critical decisions with clarity and care.

Jennifer began her academic journey at St. Mary’s College of Maryland, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies. While there, she also pursued minors in African and African Diaspora Studies and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. Jennifer later attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2012. She completed her law degree while working full-time as a law clerk for the Anne Arundel County State’s Attorney’s Office, gaining valuable courtroom and legal experience early in her career.

After earning her license in Maryland, Jennifer practiced at a boutique estate planning firm in Annapolis. Her work there sharpened her skills in developing tailored estate plans and assisting clients with the legal steps involved in settling estates. She later expanded her practice to include clients in Florida and Washington, D.C., maintaining active Bar admissions in all three jurisdictions.
