Jeffrey Yick

Jeffrey Yick is a founding and managing partner at Tuttle Yick LLP and leads the firm’s real estate and corporate transactional practice. With over a decade of litigation experience followed by a robust transactional career, Mr. Yick brings a rare dual perspective to his clients’ matters. His background in litigation enables him to foresee risks and negotiate with precision, making him a trusted advisor for owners, developers, and commercial entities navigating high-value real estate and business deals.

Mr. Yick earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and his B.A., cum laude, from Skidmore College.

Mr. Yick advises clients on a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, debt and equity financing, leasing, and construction contracts. He also represents professionals in the design and construction space—architects, engineers, contractors—in licensing, compliance, and litigation. His recent transactional work includes multimillion-dollar acquisitions and financing projects across the U.S., including deals in New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and Nashville.

Mr. Yick’s litigation record is equally impressive. He has successfully represented major national firms and institutions in complex construction and commercial disputes, including a national engineering company, an airport concession developer, and an Ivy League university.

Jeffrey Yick holds Bar admissions in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, and is admitted to multiple federal courts. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Real Estate Construction Committee. His honors include Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Preeminent Rating, multiple Super Lawyers selections in real estate and construction law (2013–2024), and recognition from Best Lawyers in Commercial Litigation and Construction Law.
