Ronald T. Ogomori, Esq., is the founding member and owner of his Honolulu-based law practice. With more than 25 years of experience, he is a seasoned litigator who has represented clients in mediation, arbitration, and trials across Hawaii’s state and federal courts. His practice combines deep knowledge with practical strategies to resolve disputes effectively.
Ronald earned his Bachelor of Business Arts in Accounting with Distinction from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the William S. Richardson School of Law. His academic foundation in business and law allows him to navigate complex cases involving both legal and financial issues with skill and precision.
For over two decades, Ronald has concentrated his practice on commercial and construction litigation. He has represented owners, developers, contractors, architects, and municipalities in disputes involving design, construction, development, and marketing of projects throughout Hawaii. His representation covers every stage, from contract drafting and claims to trial verdicts and appeals.
Ronald’s case history includes major successes in both state and federal court. He has secured million-dollar verdicts in construction disputes, achieved favorable arbitration awards, and obtained dismissals of multimillion-dollar claims through summary judgment. His clients rely on him for his thorough preparation and ability to achieve results in high-stakes matters.
Beyond his litigation practice, Ronald T. Ogomori contributes to the legal and construction communities through seminars on contract law, construction claims, and government contracts. He has also served as Chair and Vice-Chair of Honolulu’s Zoning Board of Appeals. A member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and the American Bar Association, he remains active in the ABA’s Forum on the Construction Industry.
