Thomas J. Maronick Jr.

Thomas J. Maronick Jr. is the senior partner at Maronick Law LLC, where he represents clients in criminal defense, DUI/DWI defense, bankruptcy, family law, personal injury, and serious accident cases. He also advises business owners on issues including debt, credit, and commercial leases, and partners with other firms on complex medical malpractice matters. Known for his client-first philosophy, he is committed to providing aggressive and effective representation across a wide range of legal disputes.

Thomas earned his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2006 after completing his B.A. in Journalism at the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2000. Admitted to practice in Maryland in 2008, he is also licensed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. His broad admissions allow him to represent clients at both the state and federal levels.

Throughout his career, Thomas has handled high-profile cases that have drawn regional and national media attention, including coverage in The New York Times, USA Today, CNN, and The Baltimore Sun.
