Jeffrey T. Palzer

Jeffrey T. Palzer is a senior partner at Kellogg & Palzer, P.C., where he focuses his practice on estate planning, probate and estate administration, business planning, and elder law. With over three decades of legal experience, he provides strategic guidance to individuals, families, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations throughout Nebraska. Known for his clear counsel and personalized service, Mr. Palzer is committed to helping clients preserve assets, plan for the future, and navigate complex legal matters with confidence.

Mr. Palzer earned his J.D., cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law in 1994. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Augustana College, awarded in 1991.

Mr. Palzer is licensed to practice in Nebraska, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. His practice includes the formation and operation of small businesses, the creation of trusts and wills, living wills, powers of attorney, and nonprofit compliance. In addition to serving clients in private practice, he has worked with entities such as Core Bank Trust Company, Pope Paul VI Institute, and multiple regional businesses.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Palzer has taught as an adjunct professor at Kaplan University and Creighton University School of Law, offering courses in legal writing, trust and estate law, and business ethics.
