Jeffrey (Jeff) A. Abrams is a partner at Taft’s Indianapolis office and a seasoned real estate attorney with over four decades of experience in the field. He represents a diverse client base, including developers, financial institutions, landlords, tenants, contractors, and business owners in a wide range of complex real estate and finance matters across the Midwest and beyond.

Jeff earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 1981 and holds a B.A. from Miami University (1978). Licensed to practice in Indiana, he has received numerous accolades, including ongoing recognition in The Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA, and Indiana Super Lawyers.

Jeff advises on transactions involving land acquisition, development loans, construction financing, and commercial leasing for office, retail, and industrial spaces.
