Jeffrey B. Stern is a Partner at Holland & Knight LLP, Washington, D.C. office, and co-chair of the firm’s global Hospitality, Resort, and Timeshare Group. With decades of experience in real estate and hospitality law, he represents developers, owners, lenders, and financial institutions in resort development, timeshare projects, and complex real estate transactions across the United States and internationally.

Jeffrey Blake Stern earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and his B.A. from Trinity College. His academic background, combined with years of practical experience, has made him a recognized authority in real estate development, project financing, and regulatory compliance. He regularly advises clients on federal and state registration, marketing, and licensing issues, as well as compliance with major federal statutes affecting real estate transactions and lending practices.

Throughout his career, Jeffrey has led significant transactions, including billion-dollar securitizations of timeshare receivables, resort acquisitions, and large-scale financing arrangements for leading hospitality brands. His client base spans Fortune 100 corporations, private equity firms, and national developers. He has also served as counsel to the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) and contributed to industry publications, reflecting his leadership in shaping policy and best practices in the hospitality and resort sectors.
