Jonathan H. Bornstein

Jonathan H. Bornstein is the Managing Partner with nearly three decades of litigation experience across California courts. He has represented both individual and institutional clients in a variety of legal matters, including real property litigation and transactions, corporate disputes, personal injury cases, and insurance defense. His vast experience and courtroom skill have earned him recognition as a strong advocate for his clients.

Jonathan earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Cincinnati, where he studied architecture and art history, providing him with a unique perspective on property and design-related legal matters. He later received his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law, where he refined his skills in trial advocacy and legal analysis—tools that would form the foundation for his distinguished legal career.

Throughout his career, Jonathan has successfully tried cases in San Francisco, Alameda, Contra Costa, and multiple Bay Area counties. His appellate experience includes arguments before the California Court of Appeals and a published decision by the California Supreme Court.
