Kevin earned his B.A. in Accounting, summa cum laude, from North Carolina State University in 1991. He later achieved his J.D. with Honors (Order of the Coif) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law in 1994, where he served on the University of North Carolina Law Review from 1992 to 1994. His academic distinction laid a strong foundation for his respected career in business and bankruptcy law.
Kevin’s professional achievements include certification as a Business Bankruptcy Law Specialist by the North Carolina State Bar and appointment as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the Eastern District of North Carolina. He has served as Chair of the State Bar’s Bankruptcy Specialization Committee and as a council member for the North Carolina Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Section. His active involvement in the American Bankruptcy Institute further reflects his dedication to advancing legal knowledge in his field.
