Eric Farber

Eric Farber is the founder of Pacific Workers’, The Lawyers for Injured Workers, and the CEO & Chief Legal Officer of Farber & Company. With over two decades of legal experience, he is recognized for his leadership in workers’ compensation and his commitment to protecting the rights of injured employees throughout California.

Eric earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Arizona State University in 1989 and his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1993. His educational background, paired with his early career in the entertainment industry, helped him develop a unique perspective that bridges business, creativity, and legal strategy.

Before founding Pacific Workers’, Eric represented numerous professional athletes in workers’ compensation cases. He became the first attorney to file ALS and CTE cases related to football concussions in California. His advocacy for professional athletes inspired his broader mission to fight for workers in every field. He has since litigated hundreds of cases involving intellectual property, business disputes, financial fraud, and injury law.

An AV-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, Eric has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in Northern California and by National Corporate Counsel. Under his leadership, Farber & Company has become a premier firm for workers’ compensation and complex litigation. Beyond his legal work, he has served as President of the San Francisco Inns of Court, Commissioner for Oakland’s Cultural Affairs Commission, and Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Relativity School in Los Angeles.
