Jay earned his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in 1989, attending night classes while working full-time as a structural ironworker. Before his legal career, he spent 15 years building skyscrapers, factories, and bridges across the Midwest. A third-generation ironworker and 35-year member of Ironworkers Local #1, he brings unmatched field knowledge to every case he litigates.
