Jay Durell is a shareholder attorney with extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate, probate, wills, corporate, and contract law. Jay earned his Bachelor of Arts (1978) and Juris Doctor (1981) from Texas Tech University and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1982. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. With more than four decades of legal experience, he has built a strong reputation for professionalism, precision, and integrity in every case he handles.

Throughout his career, Jay has guided clients through a wide range of legal matters, including real estate transactions, business formations, contract disputes, probate administration, and estate planning.
