Daniel J. Hollmann is a shareholder attorney whose practice centers on corporate law, taxation, and estate planning. Daniel earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting (1973) and his Juris Doctor with Honors (1976) from Texas Tech University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Texas) and is admitted to practice in Texas, as well as before the United States Tax Court, the Court of Appeals, and the Northern and Western Districts of Texas. His dual background in law and accounting allows him to provide comprehensive guidance in business transactions and tax planning.
Throughout his career, Daniel has represented corporations and shareholders in mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases, and business planning. He assists clients from the early stages of negotiation through the execution of definitive agreements, ensuring compliance and protecting their financial interests. In addition, he advises healthcare providers and medical professionals on regulatory and operational matters.
Beyond his legal practice, Daniel is deeply involved in civic and charitable organizations. He has served as Chairman of the Odessa Chamber of Commerce, President of Catholic Charities Odessa, and Commissioner of the Odessa Housing Authority.
