Jason Hirschberg

Jason Hirschberg brings a practical and business-driven approach to legal representation in Wisconsin. Since beginning his legal career in 2006, he has focused on delivering clear guidance and strategic solutions. His work centers on business law and real estate matters, helping clients address challenges with confidence and plan for the long term.

Jason earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, 1996 before pursuing his legal education. He later obtained his J.D. from Marquette University Law School in 2006. His engineering training sharpened his analytical thinking, while law school prepared him to apply that structured problem-solving approach to complex legal issues.

Jason’s background also includes more than a decade as an Independent Futures Trader at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Chicago Board of Trade. He served as a Nasdaq Pit Committee Member and worked as a Broker/Independent Futures Trader. This experience strengthened his negotiation skills and deepened his understanding of financial markets.

Jason concentrates on business law and real estate matters, with particular attention to issues affecting shopping center owners, developers & operators. He advises clients on transactions, contracts, and operational concerns. By understanding both legal and business risks, he helps clients make informed decisions that protect their investments.

Jason is admitted to practice in Wisconsin in 2006, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin in 2006, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin in 2006. He is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals – Seventh Circuit, 2010, and remains active in several professional associations.
