Jared A. Armijo is an attorney at Moses, Farmer, Glenn, Gutierrez & Werntz, P.C., where his practice focuses on general civil litigation, probate and trust administration, and representation of businesses in transactional, contract, and employment lawsuits and disputes. He also works in landlord-tenant, insurance, real estate, and collections matters. Jared brings experience with both litigation and business-focused legal issues, allowing him to assist clients with disputes, transactions, and ongoing operational concerns. His practice serves individuals and businesses throughout New Mexico across several civil law areas.

Jared earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2020 and his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from New Mexico State University in 2016. During law school, he earned Dean’s List and Honor Roll recognition, joined the UNM National Moot Court Team, and served as Treasurer of the student chapter of the New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association. He also participated in the Marshall-Brennan Program, teaching high school students about their constitutional rights.

Before law school, Jared worked for the Law Offices of the Public Defender, which helped shape his decision to become an attorney. After his first year of law school, he joined the Moses Law Firm as a law clerk and remained there throughout his studies. Following graduation and admission to practice in New Mexico, he continued with the firm as an attorney. His experience spans litigation, probate administration, contracts, employment matters, and business representation across a range of client needs.

Jared A. Armijo received the Judge Oliver Seth Award for Excellence in Ethics from the University of New Mexico School of Law faculty, recognizing his approach to developing and applying legal knowledge. His background combines academic achievement, moot court experience, community education, and law firm work. At the Moses Law Firm, he handles matters involving civil disputes, estates and trusts, business agreements, employment issues, property concerns, and collections. Jared remains focused on practical legal guidance for New Mexico clients across diverse matters.
