His legal education and decades of litigation experience support a practice centered on contested estates, trusts, guardianships, conservatorships, fiduciary obligations, and disputes requiring detailed legal analysis and courtroom advocacy for clients statewide.

Gregory regularly represents individual and professional guardians, conservators, petitioners, and other interested parties in difficult proceedings. He has served as guardian ad litem for incapacitated adults and provides litigation, consultation, and risk management services to fiduciaries.
