Ronald A. Tucker

Ronald A. Tucker is the attorney and founder of Ron Tucker Law in Albuquerque, New Mexico. His practice focuses on business, contracts, and real estate law, including transactional work and civil litigation. He represents local and national businesses, property owners, property managers, and homeowner and condominium associations. Ronald assists clients with the legal documents and disputes connected to owning, operating, and managing businesses and property.

Ronald earned his B.B.A. from New Mexico State University in 1993, graduating magna cum laude with a focus in management. He received his J.D. from the University of New Mexico in 1997. His business education and legal training provide a foundation for addressing contracts and property operations. He joined the Moses Firm in 1998, became a shareholder in 2003, and opened his own firm in 2022.
