Jan M. Conlin

Jan M. Conlin is a nationally recognized trial lawyer at Ciresi Conlin LLP in Minneapolis. She focuses on high-stakes intellectual property, commercial, environmental, and trusts and estates litigation. Jan earned her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School after completing her B.A. at the University of St. Thomas. This academic foundation has supported her long record of success in litigation, including securing a $520.6 million verdict against Microsoft and a $400 million settlement for Pitney Bowes in a patent dispute with Hewlett-Packard.

Throughout her career, Jan has received some of the highest honors in the legal profession. Chambers USA ranks her Band 1 in commercial litigation, while Benchmark Litigation named her one of the nation’s Top 100 Trial Lawyers for six consecutive years.
