Throughout his accomplished career, Jeff has represented numerous public agencies and municipalities, including the cities of Riverbank,  Lathrop, Oakdale, Patterson, Atwater, Turlock, and Livingston. Before joining Borton Petrini, LLP, he worked at the University of California’s Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where he negotiated high-level contracts and developed compliance policies for Department of Energy programs—experience that honed his skills in regulatory and administrative law.

Jeff L. Bean is deeply involved in the legal and local community, having served as President and board member of the Stanislaus County Bar Association and as an active participant in the Stanislaus County Estate Planning Council.
