James T. Murphy

James T. Murphy is a skilled business attorney with over two decades of legal experience across Florida. He focuses on business litigation, contract law, corporate governance, and civil disputes. James began his legal journey after earning his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1998. That same year, he joined the Florida Bar and started serving as an Assistant State Attorney, representing the state in numerous bench and jury trials.

In 2002, James entered private practice, representing physicians in high-stakes medical malpractice cases.
