David A. Fernandez is a seasoned attorney with over three decades of experience in civil law, consumer protection, and debt litigation. Since founding The Law Office of David A. Fernandez, P.C. in 2009, he has represented clients in complex debt negotiations, creditor lawsuits, and business litigation. His earlier firm, founded in 1992, grew rapidly to handle hundreds of clients annually and achieved multimillion-dollar settlements in tort litigation.

David earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in 1984 and his Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University in 1989. He is a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity. Before launching his legal practice, he served as a legislative aide to Texas State Senator Gene Green and was active in political campaigns. In the 199s, he expanded his impact as an adjunct professor of political science and criminal procedure.
