James C. Clark

James C. Clark, Jr. serves as Of Counsel at Friday, Eldredge & Clark LLP, concentrating his practice on bankruptcy litigation, business and commercial law, and real estate. With a career spanning more than five decades, Clark has represented clients across industries such as banking, agriculture, construction, insurance, and energy. He is widely respected for providing practical solutions that address both immediate legal disputes and long-term business goals for companies and individuals.

Clark earned his B.S.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas in 1966 before completing his J.D. at the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1969. While in law school, he served as Case Note Editor of the Law Review, demonstrating early leadership in legal scholarship. He was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 1969 and is a long-standing member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Pulaski County Bar Association, and Phi Alpha Delta.
