Jacob Biby

Jacob Biby is the founder and principal attorney of Biby Law Firm in Oklahoma. He has devoted his legal career to representing individuals and families injured by negligent people or corporations. He has personally handled more than 1,000 cases involving insurers and opposing counsel. He brings more than a decade of first-chair jury trial experience to personal injury law in courtrooms throughout Oklahoma.

Jacob earned his B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from Oklahoma State University. He later received his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law. He is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma state and federal courts. His legal education and courtroom experience support a practice focused on complex injury claims, litigation, and appeals involving injured individuals and families.

Jacob handles personal injury cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle crashes, wrongful death, and oil field injuries. His broader firm practice covers catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, construction accidents, premises liability, nursing home abuse, and workers’ compensation. He has successfully argued multiple issues before the Oklahoma Supreme Court and has obtained verdicts exceeding insurance company settlement offers.

Jacob Biby has individually handled more than 70 cases since 2012 that resulted in settlements or verdicts exceeding $100,000. His honors include recognition from Super Lawyers and The National Trial Lawyers Top 100. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has also served as president of the Oklahoma Association for Justice and previously led the Kay County Bar.
