Patrick F. Collogan

Patrick F. Collogan is a partner at Biby Law Firm and an Oklahoma personal injury lawyer. He has devoted his legal career to representing people harmed through no fault of their own. Before joining Biby Law as a partner in 2021, he developed experience in case investigation, pre-litigation claims, litigation, and trial practice. He has personally tried numerous jury and non-jury cases across Oklahoma.

Patrick earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He was named Outstanding College of Business Graduate. He later received his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. During law school, he participated in the American Association for Justice moot court trial team. He is licensed in Oklahoma and practices in state and federal courts throughout the state.

Patrick handles personal injury matters involving car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, oil field accidents, and dog bites. His practice also includes bad faith litigation and insurance disputes. He works with clients from the initial investigation through negotiations, litigation, and trial. His courtroom experience includes appearances in Oklahoma District Courts and the Western, Eastern, and Northern U.S. District Courts of Oklahoma.
