Jack Mkhitarian is a skilled criminal defense attorney who has defended clients across New Mexico since 2009. He has managed more than 1,000 criminal cases, using strategic thinking and compassionate advocacy to help individuals facing charges. Jack is deeply committed to protecting clients’ rights at every stage of the legal process.
Jack started his education at the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in 2005. He continued his studies at the University of New Mexico School of Law, completing his Juris Doctor in 2009. In 2014, he enhanced his trial skills through the Federal Trial Skills Academy.
Jack is a licensed attorney in New Mexico and admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico. As a member of the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel, he focuses on federal criminal defense, advocating for clients’ rights and fair treatment at every stage of the legal process.
