J. Robert Forshey

J. Robert Forshey is a founding partner at Forshey Prostok LLP, a premier bankruptcy and restructuring law firm based in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Forshey earned his J.D. cum laude from Baylor Law School in 1979, where he served as Notes and Comments Editor and Symposium Editor of the Baylor Law Review. He received his B.A. magna cum laude from Baylor University in 1976.

Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, J. Robert Forshey also serves on the TBLS Bankruptcy Law Exam Commission.
