J. Max Haupt

J. Max Haupt is an attorney whose practice includes workers’ compensation, criminal defense, bankruptcy, personal injury, family law, probate, wills, debt collection, and estate administration. Max earned a Bachelor’s degree from Kent State University before working full-time as a bailiff and law clerk at Stark County Family Court while completing his Juris Doctor at The University of Akron School of Law. He has been admitted to practice law in Ohio since 2012 and is a member of both the Ohio State Bar Association and the Stark County Bar Association. His experience in the court system before entering private practice provided valuable insight into judicial procedures and litigation.

Max represents clients in a wide variety of legal matters, including divorce, dissolution, child custody, child support, adoption, juvenile law, probate and estate administration, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, DUI and other traffic offenses, and criminal defense.
