David Wadsworth

David Wadsworth is a Colorado bankruptcy lawyer and partner who focuses on commercial bankruptcy matters. He represents debtors, creditors, trustees, and other parties in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 9 cases. His work includes complex reorganizations, liquidations, adversary proceedings, plan confirmation issues, creditor contests, and appellate matters involving bankruptcy and related commercial disputes.

Dave earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2000. He also received a B.A. from Hampshire College in 1991.
