Israel Suster

Israel Suster has over three decades of experience guiding clients through complex civil litigation matters across Texas and federal courts. His extensive background includes high-profile cases in business litigation, real estate disputes, and constitutional matters involving governmental regulation of property.

Israel earned his B.A. in Liberal Arts from Austin College in 1986 and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1989.

Israel has represented professionals, law firms, corporations, and real estate businesses of all sizes in a wide range of disputes. His practice areas include commercial and property litigation, residential and commercial tenancies, construction defects, and land use and zoning litigation. He has appeared before all levels of state and federal courts, including appellate courts and the Texas Supreme Court.

Israel is a respected legal educator, frequently teaching continuing legal education seminars and speaking to industry groups such as the Texas Apartment Association, MetroTex Realtor’s Association, and Dallas Housing Authority. His instructional roles extend to the Collin County Trial Academy, where he trains attorneys in trial advocacy.
